Short/medium hairstyles for oval face? (Girl)?

I want to get a new haircut for summer (and I'm just plain tired of my hair!) It's long, blonde, and thick. I have an oval face and I'd like to try a shoulder length or even a short cut for something new. (And interesting that won't kill my appearance.) Any pics or tips? I think you should do an inverted bob, shorter in the backa nd longer in the front (basically like Victoria Beckham's but longer.) Not quite as severe as hers, but something just below chin length would be cute and cool for summer!
